phew, just got back from bedok after visiting the sin-seh to seek treatment for my ankle.. today's treatment was abit different because the swell hasn't gone since the sin-seh saw it 2 weeks ago, so there was an extra step.. the first part was as usual, spraying and applying some medicated ailment on my swollen ankle (i guess it's 1.5 times as big as the one on my left -.-).. the applied part was then exposed to some sort of radiation that makes the ankle feels abit warm after some time.. after 10 minutes, the next step was to use electricity to send impulses on my right leg.. every impulse sent made my foot jerk and so, i was jerking like a "goon" for near 30 minutes.. the impulse was rather annoying.. haha.. and for the last part, the sin-seh did some massage for my leg (i guess it has to do with blood circulation purposes) and applied some chinese medicine before wrapping it up with a bandage.. that bandage brings bad memories for me.. i always hated to see a sin-seh whenever i sprain my ankle because it's irritating when u bathe.. i must always wrap it with some plastic bag first so as to not get it wet.. that lasts for 3 days.. 3 days is a very long period of time when you apply the concepts of relativity! haha! ah well, i shall just bear with it since it's already like that and i don't really want to end up being a crippled so early.. wishing myself a fast recovery!
hmm today is a sunday and it's always the time i have to go down to 7-11 to help because army boys are always spawning at that area before they report back to camp.. due to a shortage of manpower, this is where i come in.. haha! need to finish more work before i head down and so, off to mug for today!
